Dining Accommodations

Dining accommodations are available to students for whom 爆料吃瓜网 Dining Services is not able to meet dietary needs based on a documented medical condition or disability. Meal plan exemptions or alterations are not granted solely on the basis of the student鈥檚 status as a vegetarian/vegan, personal food preferences, based on financial need, or lack of use of the meal plan.

The Dining Services Committee determines meal plan exemption eligibility and includes representatives from Dining Services, Disability Services, and Residence Life, with consultation from Health Services when needed. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through an individualized assessment process.

Important Dates to Remember

Requests for meal plan exemptions or alterations must be completed by August 1 to guarantee the student's bill is adjusted correctly for the fall semester and November 1 for the spring semester. No changes will be made to student billing accounts due to an accommodation after the first Thursday of the semester.

Requests initiated after the August 1 date will be considered, but may not be able to be accommodated until the following semester.
